Are there any additonal fees?
There are no additonal setup charges on all web hosting packages.
Are domain names included in your hosting?
You must already own a domain name, or you may purchase the domain name you wish when ordering hosting.

Note that it may take up to 48 hours for a new domain registration to become active, or to have an existing domain name changed to point to a new host.

Can I upgrade after signing up?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. 

How can I pay?

For your convenience a credit card is the preferred method of payment using our payment processing partner, Stripe.

What is your refund policy?
My goal is to provide reliable, cost-effective hosting for your website(s) and email.

While I have no interest in forcing you into an unhappy experience with my hosting service, I do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your hosting, then please work with me to try to resolve the issue.

If you are still not happy with the hosting or are not enjoying the experience, you may cancel the hosting plan at any time.

Do you host 'adult' web sites?
NO. Adult oriented web sites, or those which are designed along adult themes and containing adult content, are not permitted. When you order a hosting plan from me, you acknowledge your web site(s) will not breach this condition.

I do not monitor the content of web sites you create using one of my hosting plans. However, should I be made aware of undesireable content, I reserve the right, at may sole discretion, to take action to deny access to, or remove the offending content, or cancel the hosting plan altogether.

If your intention is to create an adult oriented web site, please look elsewhere for your hosting.
